Unable to register my theme: Getting “An error occurred, please try again.”

Hi, I am trying to register my Somentra theme on a new website but I keep getting the message “An error occurred, please try again.”

I purchased the theme in 2023 and I do not have it installed on any live or staging website. Could you please help me look into why this may be happening and what I can do to fix it?

It’s possible that our server’s firewall is blocking your server’s IP address.

Please send me your website’s credentials privately so we can resolve the issue.
