Some minor issues

Hey guys,

just quickly a few points here. Appreciate any opinion and feedback. Thanks!

1.) Breadcrumbs
Divider color also affects the current page breadcrumb color. Is this intentional, since there is no setting for the current breadcrumb item color itself?
Btw. are there any presets where I can choose the divider itself? Like “/”, “>”, “-“, “custom”?

2.) Logo on smaller screens
When I use the “Logo Smaller Screens Height” option, it does not affect the “Logo Shrink Height” for this screen size range. Is this a bug, since it a very strange behavior?
The actual option could also be extended by another option like “Logo Smaller Screens Shrink Height”. The way it currently works is kind of weird, or am I missing an option here?

3.) Clipping Animation
Box shadows are just popping up after clipping animation on columns, images, etc, is finished. No transition there. Anyone experiences the same issue?

4.) Menu Element Page Builder
When using the menu element, having a menu with sub-menu, the sub-menu items show up one by one, it takes far too long. There isn’t even an option for the appearance animation, so no chance to control or disable that.
Menu orientation “vertical”, menu type “slide”. I used the WPBakery Builder, so maybe there will be some feedback, since the majority uses this builder here, I guess.

5.) Content Width
I am able to set a custom column width on the general settings tab, but on the width & responsiveness tab, I’m not able to choose the custom option, “only” from 5% to 100%, in 5% steps.
Is this intentional? What to you think, guys? Is it needed to have a custom option here? I mean, would it make even sense? Right now I would say yes, but I didn’t use the options in an actual project so it might even be completely unnecessary.
Curious for other opinions here.

6.) Modals get cut off on top on Android devices (maybe iOS, too?). It might be an issue with the browser bar, I posted another thread about it. Would be great if some of you would test it out on your devices.
I won’t add any picture for demonstration. A few days ago, I posted another thread which is not visible yet in the forum, as it is awaiting moderation (it said). Because of the links I added, I guess.

7) The menu options that have a shrink, just seem to snap to the smaller size, would be nice to have a scale animation instead? Example. Not sure if this is possible,

8.) Anchor menu is broken on sticky and scroll up header

9.) When sticky header is active with full-width submenu opened (skin on hover applied), scrolling up to top while sub-menu is still opened, it applies the wrong main header skin, so main header menu items become invisible: white header BG, with white menu items. This only applies to light header as I’ve experienced, like seen on Homepage 1, 3, etc.

10.) When open the safe button area, scrolling up and down for some times inside it, and then leave it, main content page is not rendered correctly again. Some elements get messed up entirely. Happens often on mobile devices, rarely on desktop.

11.) “Top-Bar left” Contact Forms (I only tested with CF7) are not being displayed, when clicking the icon. Sliding modal keeps blank.

12.) When using the Page Template “Scrolling Full Screen Sections”, as soon as you set a Row Background Type “Image” or an Inner Row Background Type “Image”, it will skip the Section, when scrolling the 1st time to that Section.
Tested on Windows, multiple devices – Chrome and Firefox.
You can just check your own demo “Scrolling Page” for that. It is the 4th section that’s being skipped (“Need Support?”)
It was already mentioned on your support desk, but I guess the user didn’t describe the issue well enough, so you couldn’t investigate (see ticket #2772330).

13.) When Footer Bar is enabled and set to be centered, there should be no margin to top of the second footer area (which is predefined for menu, socials, text), when it is set to “hide” and it only displays the Copyright Text field.
Currently this prevents the Copyright text being vertically centered, as it adds a margin of 6px from the empty column below.

14.) When using the “Skin on Scroll Effect” page template, the Top-Bar will be hidden by 1st section Background color.

15.) When using the Header Layout 2 and set “Disable Main Menu” or “Disable Second Menu” inside “Page Options”, the Menu which should be hidden, gets replaced inside the Combined Responsive Menu by the last menu I created inside WP menu area.
It’s also possible, it is the one which is displayed on top of the menu list, not sure. When I disable both Menus, “Main Menu” and “Second Menu” inside “Page Options”, the mentioned menu is displayed even twice inside the Combined Responsive Menu.

16.) When updating the theme and if you are using the header type 2 with the two menu options, the header main menu always gets replaced by the second header menu. So both menus will be the second header menu. Was not the first time, if that helps.

– The anchor menu issue for the shrink header fixed. For the scroll up header it is kind of, but there is still an issue.
When scrolling down and the scroll up header hides before the anchor menu is reached, the anchor menu acts like there is still a header. So it is a blank space on top of there anchor menu where the header was before hiding.
There is no such an issue, when the scroll up header is still visible, as soon as it hits the top of the anchor menu.

Animation durations are not working on columns, inner columns and elements. Exception: Clipping Animations
Animations are not working as soon as wrapped inside an animated column. Also inside clipping animation wrappers.

If using the default portfolio archive page, there is no way to add metadata to this page. Could just use the Portfolio Archive Description.

So after 2 months of reporting some issues, there is still no major updates on this.
Not even a single word about it. For me, who has responsibility towards third parties invloved, this is unacceptable.

Still, I can’t use the the safe button area, skin on scroll effect, anchor menu, etc. on any project.
There are a lot of other problems but to be honest, I already kind of gave up and won’t report anymore.
But anyway, seems like I am the only one facing these particular issues so I’m fine with it.

Since there were no new release since weeks, I am still hoping for some kind of major update.
If issues won’t be addressed in the upcoming release, I have to rethink the entire situation.

Hi @Marius1989,

Firstly, I would like to thank you for reporting these issues. I think that we have already fixed quite a few of these and we will keep improving the theme where we can. However, allow me to clarify a couple of important things here.

Some issues cannot be fixed and the reason is quite simple. Impeka is a multipurpose theme and the fact that it comes with unlimited options does not mean that you can combine anything. For example, you should not use the Scroll up sticky header with the anchor menu which I think is pretty normal. Since you know how the scroll-up functions, I am sure that you can easily understand what I mean.

On the other hand, there are also issues that we cannot reproduce like the one with the Safe Button. Note down that we have no other reports here.
