Our top-selling theme Impeka is temporarily unavailable on ThemeForest due to a trademark complaint from a third party — a company that was founded months after our theme’s official release in April 2021.
This isn’t the first time this has happened. Back in 2021, we faced a similar situation with the same party attempting to capitalize on our product’s success.
To avoid confusion, we renamed the theme Impekka and made all necessary changes. Despite this, the theme was again removed — unfairly — due to an overly cautious platform decision.
⚠️ Important: As promised, we will never abandon Impeka or any of our themes. It will return — one way or another — very soon.
