    Hello,

I’m using the Elementor Intro page and I have the Intro slide running before the website loads.

There are two slides – firstly, a first title slide followed by a second title slide.

I would like to do three things:

    1. Changing the timings of the slides, i.e., slow down the transition so people can read fully my first title and second titles.

    2. The typography for slides 1 and 2 are different. I would like to keep them the same, how do we edit that?

    3. The background colour – I’d like less “your house is on fire, read this” and more “Get inspired and buy what I’m selling.” How do I change the colour?

    Many thanks guys

    GJ

1.) You can change the timings inside the code, there are no options available for that in the WP backend. Check the main.js, starting on line 1861. Please consider using a child theme and avoid touching the original code.

2.) You can change them with custom CSS. These are the classes you want to target:
    – #grve-intro.grve-style-1 .grve-first-title
    – #grve-intro.grve-style-1 .grve-second-title

3.) You can change the color inside the WP customizer, where you also can change all other colors, please find “Theme Intro”.

    Hope that helps.

    Hi Marius,

    Many thanks for your message.

My JS and coding isn’t great just yet and although there are a few options in the JS code that looks likely, I wondered if you had some specific advice about which part of the code should be edited to change the duration of the slides, both 1 and 2?

    A big thanks in advance.

    GJ
