Full height rows / feature sections on Android devices.

I am pretty sure, it is an Android device only issue, maybe Google Chrome related in general on mobile devices?
The Google Chrome browser URL bar does not respect the 100vh on feature sections and page builder rows (with responsive header overlapping enabled of course).
So you have to scroll first until the browser bar is hidden, until the full 100vh is visible.
I know this is not intentional and it should work the other way, just wanted to give a hint on that.
