Can’t scroll the page when import demo of Elementor

Hello,
I import the intro page for Elementor on my Localhost by LocalWP
and I see that the page can’t scroll down. I switch to the default theme, the scrolling is working but on Impeka theme it doesn’t. Do you have any suggestions?

I see the error in console that >>
